Sparkling pool, jacuzzi: The pool filled with 32-33°C water offers a real experience for all ages. The jets placed in the pools massage all points of the body.

Finnish sauna: One of the oldest sauna types, in which the air in the cabin is heated with heated stones, and high humidity is achieved by sprinkling the hot stones. The temperature in the Finnish sauna can reach 75-110 degrees, which makes our heart and circulatory system work hard. Dilates blood vessels, improves blood circulation in muscles and skin. Thanks to the increased sweating, it accelerates the removal of waste products, thereby improving the body's ability to defend itself. The Fürdő's weekend sauna soaks and body care programs can be used with the purchase of a separate sauna ticket.

Infrared sauna: Infrared saunas use infrared radiation to help detoxify our body. In the cabin, the air heats up to a much lower temperature, between 50 and 60 degrees, compared to the Finnish sauna. Infrared rays penetrate under the skin, thus exerting their effect on muscles, joints, and tissues in a similar way to sunlight. The advantage is that, thanks to the lower temperature, it can also be used by those for whom, due to their health condition, the traditional Finnish sauna would be too stressful.

Steam cabin: The modern equivalent of a steam bath. The optimal temperature in the steam cabin is around 40-50 degrees, this range is extremely pleasant for our body. It helps to soften the skin and expand the pores, so waste products are more easily removed with the sweat. Inhaling the steam is also beneficial: it reduces the symptoms of colds, dissolving the catarrh of the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. The hot steam helps relaxation and restful relaxation. The steam cabin is also ideal for peeling skin care programs.

Tepidarium: Even the Romans were happy to use the tepidarium, whose name means "tepid warming place". In the tepidarium, the tiled walls, floor, and stone benches are heated, so the air will be around 37-39 degrees Celsius, and the body will not be burdened by increased sweating, and it also has a pleasant stress-relieving and calming effect.

Cold and warm Kneipp pools: A special alternating cold-hot water bath, the regular use of which improves metabolic processes, but is also extremely useful for circulatory disorders, tense muscles and exhaustion. At the bottom of the Kneipp pools, there are stones with a rounded surface, which gently massage the soles and improve blood circulation. After using the 12-18 degree cold water pool, you have to switch to a pleasantly warm water pool (34-36 degrees). Regular use of the Kneipp foot massager prevents inflammation and strengthens the immune system.

Plunge pool: It is used for cold refreshment after using the sauna or steam cabin. The water temperature in the small pool is usually 12-18 degrees.
